The Marketing Performance Driver is perfect for businesses with a digital marketing team struggling to get the results you need to propel your business to the next level. Because SEO and SEM take time, the Performance Marketing Driver requires a minimum 6-month commitment. During this time, 4D Strategic Services will work with your team on the following: 

  • Month 1: KPI evaluation: What are your digital marketing goals? Which key performance indicators (KPIs) are you using to track your performance? Are those the right KPIs based on your business goals?

  • Month 2: KPI establishment: Establish the correct set of KPIs based on your goals and develop a process (dashboard) for tracking the KPIs that will have the highest impact on your business.

  • Month 3-6: KPI monitoring, testing strategies, and tactics modifications for improvement to continually improve performance.
